- Food Quality: Food that is left uncollected for an extended period will deteriorate and may no longer be safe for consumption.
- Charges: You will still be charged the full price of the order, as the preparation costs and ingredients are non-refundable.
We are not liable for any issues arising from uncollected food, including spoilage, contamination, or any health-related issues.
3. Food Safety and Allergens
3.1 Allergy Notice
It is your responsibility to carefully read all allergen information and ingredient details before placing an order. We make every effort to clearly indicate allergens present in our menu items. However, due to the nature of food preparation, there may be cross-contamination risks.

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services or food is to discontinue using our services.
